The Most Important Information for Your Winter Holiday in Obertauern

Arrival & Departure

The Holiday Apartments at Haus Helga *** in Obertauern are available beginning at 14:00 on your arrival day. We kindly ask that you are out of your rooms by 10:00 on your departure day.

Parking

Park your car in front of Haus Helga free of charge.

There is a garage for 2 cars.
The price per car and week is € 35,-

WiFi

Free WiFi is accessible throughout the house.

Bread Service

Our baker deliveres daily fresh rolls to the house.

Pets

Pets are allowed. There is a one-time surcharge of € 20.- per pet.

Local Tax

The local tax is not included in the holiday housing prices.
General local tax € 2,- per night and person, people up to the age of 15 are free of charge. Registration number according to the tax law: 50422-001291-2020

Final Cleaning

The final cleaning is € 15,- per person and is not included in the holiday housing prices.

Ski Room

Store your skis and boots overnight in our ski room that includes a heated boot dryer.

Allergy Amenities

The apartments are equipped with allergy-free bedding and wood floors.

Kids Amenities

For our smaller guests, we have baby travel beds (€ 15,- per week), high chairs and baby baths (free of charge) available.

Child Discounts

Child discount dates can be found on the Packages page under “Bobby’s Snow Adventures”.

Ski Rental Discount

If you are a guest at Haus Isabella you will get 10% off rentals at Sportshop Skiworld in Obertauern.

Sauna

The sauna could be used at Haus Isabella*** between 2:00 pm an 9:30 pm free of charge,  about 10 minutes walking distance (700 meter).

Cancellation Policy

After we receive your deposit, your booking is fixed and cannot be canceled. We ask for your understanding.

Statutory Corona regulation

You can rebook oder cancel free of charge if:

• our Haus Helga or Obertauern has been officially closed by the authorities
• Obertauern, Salzburg Land (not Salzburg Stadt) or Austria became risk area from your home country
• when the borders are closed and you cannot travel

Travel Insurance

To be prepared for emergencies, we recommend that you take out travel insurance including COVID-19 coverage!

Smoking

We kindly ask that you do not smoke in the holiday apartments. Thank you for your understanding!

Payment Conditions

To finalize your booking, we ask for a deposit. Please pay on the eve of your departure in cash, or by debit card or credit card.
